These general conditions are binding for all pitches and all camping guests of Camping Corneliahoeve. When booking, you automatically agree to our terms and conditions, which are listed on the website. 

Prices and tourist tax
Prices as stated in the booking confirmation are, subject to errors, binding. The tourist tax is € 1.50 per person per night. For seasonal pitches, the tourist tax is charged as a flat rate of € 190. 

Confirmation of your booking and payment
After acceptance of your (online) reservation, we will send you a booking confirmation, including a request for a deposit. The deposit is 50% of the total amount and must be paid within 14 days after the booking confirmation. With this deposit, your reservation becomes final and you are assured of a pitch. The other 50% of the total amount must be paid no later than 21 days before your arrival at the campsite. If the deposit is not paid in time, an e-mail with reminder will follow. If the deposit remains outstanding, your booking will be cancelled and the pitch will be released for rental to others during the period in question. If you make a reservation within 35 days before arrival, you must pay 100% of the total amount within 14 days after the booking confirmation. There is no separate deposit for this purpose.

Cancellation
Once you have paid the deposit your reservation is fixed, and in case of early cancellation the following cancellation policy will apply.

• Cancellation up to 21 days before the start date 50% of the total price.
• Cancellation within 21 days before the start date 100% of the total price.

Amounts already paid are non-refundable for this reason. A cancellation must also be in writing. We therefore advise you to take out your own cancellation insurance!

Receiving visitors
Visitors are always welcome, provided they have been notified in advance. If your visitor wishes to stay with you at night, we kindly ask you to inform us in time. We will charge additional costs for overnight stays of your visitors. Visitors must also adhere to the General Terms and Conditions and General Regulations of the campground.

Gas/water/electricity
The price of pitches includes (the reasonable) consumption of water and electricity. For seasonal pitches, the actual consumption of electricity will be calculated and charged at the end of the camping season.

Liability
The camper is responsible for all nuisance and damage caused by him, his pet and/or any guest. The camper will never be able to recover damages caused by third parties from the owner of this campsite. The owner of the campground is also not liable for theft, damage or injury caused as a result of the stay on the campground or through the use of the facilities available on the campground. 

Pets
Pets are allowed on the campsite. You must inform us when you make your reservation. Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times on the campsite. Excessive barking is not allowed, and therefore we assume that your dog can be corrected. Walking dogs on the camping grounds is strictly prohibited. We like to keep the grass and surroundings tidy for everyone! 

Garbage 
On the campsite there are two places to deposit garbage. These are near the sanitary buildings. Garbage should be placed in the garbage container. Plastic, organic waste, paper and glass are collected separately. 

Arrival and departure
On the day of arrival, you are welcome at our campsite between 2:00 pm and 8:00 pm. A later arrival time is possible by agreement. On the day of departure we maintain a departure time of no later than 11.00 hours. If you wish to extend your departure time, this is possible for an additional fee.
